This has the potential to become a biography section. In addition to the standard items (name, rank, serial number), perhaps allowing a little background. "Community Manager" or "Customer Service" don't do much to help identify who does what. At a minimum, I would like to see links to the Forum references for each person, including the ability to send private messages. This is a Geni question...want to allow direct contact via 1-Forum inbox, 2-Geni inbox, 3-email address?
