Known Glitch in Wikimedia software, sortable tables with numbers with more than one comma don't sort properly in Firefox 2, not a huge deal at all. LinkedIn and FB?

Are LinkedIn and Facebook considered Generalogy sites? If that's the case, why don't we include other search engines/social networks like Google, wink, spock, peekyou? I would suggest removing them and keeping this for family-oriented genealogy/social networking sites only. SeanFromIT 12:46, 26 December 2007 (PST)

  • I added LinkedIn and Facebook to the popularity table as they are the most succesful Social networks in their respective category and is often mentioned as the main benchmarks for Geni. Since the actual figures can be questioned, the proportionate popularity indicates how Geni is doing --Ratatosk 21:30, 31 December 2007 (PST)

Too many tables on one page

I would suggest breaking out each part, maybe making a category pulling them all together. SeanFromIT 12:46, 26 December 2007 (PST)

  • thanks, as you can see, the article is a work in progress. The table layout will be reorganised later --Ratatosk 21:33, 31 December 2007 (PST)
