The school system in England is different to that of the United States (see Wikipedia article "Education in England"):

  • Nursery: 3 - 4 Years Old (Compulsory)
  • Infant School: 4 - 7 Years Old (Compulsory)
  • Junior School: 7 - 11 Years Old (Compulsory)
  • Senior / Secondary School: 11 - 16 Years Old (Compulsory - Until 16 Years Old)
  • Six Form College / Vocational College: 16 Years Old and Onwards (Voluntary)
  • Higher Education / University: 18 Years Old and Onwards (Voluntary)
