This page is set up in a more complicated format than the straight text-edit pages so I am not sure how to proceed. Perhaps someone who has a better understanding of how to adjust it can address the issue.

Under Subcategories, there is a listing called "Indian". I do believe that this could be confusing since surnames from India would be called Indian surnames (google the official tourism website of the government of India). Perhaps adding another category called "American Indians" and a note next to "Indian (India)" would clear up any confusion.

I will try to figure out how to make these edits in the future on my own and address it later if it is not addressed by then but if anyone already knows how to do it properly without messing up the page that would be great :)
